Do people with a lazy eye have better peripheral vision?!
Question: It may vary from patient to patient. It depends on which way the eye is turned for one, and how "deep" the amblyopia or lazy eye is. This means how bad is the vision in the bad eye. I have corrected some people with lazy eye in contacts because they can tell a difference in their field of view, and then others, I otp'd not to fit them because they could not see a difference. The cause of the strabismus, or drifting eye, may be a factor as well.

Rofl.
that kinda makes me wonder...
Sometimes, I have a lazy eye and when i make it move i can see the side view of my noes so the answer is yes.
Hell no! Well it is my experience i have a lazy eye. And my vision is terrible, without my glasses i wouldnt be able to see anything. It is really blurry
My sister has amblyopia and she says that her peripheral vision is not that good. She has poor depth perception due to being practically blind in one eye. She was treated for this condition and it wasn't successful.
