Lenses definitely. Glasses are a pain. You feel that they are always present. You need to worry about keeping them safe. You tend to loose them.
Lenses go in and out and you completely forget that you have them in. They're great for sports and they're not at all a hassle like some people might say. It's total freedom. Also, if you look up down or to the sides, it's all the same. No blurr! You can have fun with them if you don't like the colour of your eyes.
It really depend if you have lenses at the moment and you only see far away with you lenses you will need glasses to see up close or you will need to be fitted for monocular vision which is to see far and near . I think you will have to be mo specific about your problem.
It really is personal preference and your eyesight.
I predominantly wore glasses for nearsightedness for over 15 years. I began wearing contact lenses 1 1/2 years ago - only on weekends.
I wanted the convenience of contacts for when I go out with friends. Since I am near-sighted, my optometrist advised to not wear the contacts all the time since I work on a computer for more than 20 hours per week.
Discuss more in depth with your optometrist - they can give you better insight as to what would work well for you.
