Keep practicing. Here is a tip. When looking your interviewer in the eye, try to focus on the bridge of their nose. Make sure to look away periodically otherwise you will end up creeping them out. Every 10 seconds or so should suffice. Good luck!
I just pretend I have one lazy eye.... They never know if I am looking at them or not.
