Contact lens wearers - Which eye, which lens?!
Question: I am short sighted. My LEFT eye is the WEAKER eye.
But i've forgotten which lens to put in which eye.
One of the lenses is strength -0.75
The other is strength -1.25
Which lens should i put in which eye?

It's funny how easy it is to get mixed up like this. It's pretty easy to solve though....
The contact lens with -1.25 means it is a stronger prescription lens so put that in your left eye if that is the eye that is worse.
Now label your contact lens 'R' and 'L' on the boxes!
If you're still unsure, call your optometrist and ask them to pull up the prescription and they can tell which contact lens to put in which eye.
Your -1.25 being the stronger power goes on your LEFT eye.
