After Lasik, do you have to replace eyeliner?!

Question: I know mascara has to be replaced...but what about other eye makeup

Answers: I know mascara has to be replaced...but what about other eye makeup

It's probably a good idea to replace eyeliner....but I don't think it is absolutely necessary to. Ask the Lasik Scheduler/Patient Consultant if it is....but it's probably not....

For a month after Lasik. It's better not to apply any cosmetics inside the eye.The mascara should be avoided as well.Try to apply an eye shadow (no so close to the eye for the 1st month)

LOL...I would think that after surgery , the least of your problems would be replacing makeup.

I'm 99% sure any eye makeup would be removed before any surgery is done anyway.

Ahhh, that makes so much more sense when the whole question is explained.

No, there shouldn't be any reason you have to discard your old makeup...it wouldn't matter what you use as long as it stays outside the eye to avoid chance of infection for at least the first month.

You should get that info from the surgeons who do the operation tho, they are responsable for your results.
