Eye glasses question??!

Its fairly mild, buts its all relative really...you have just a touch of nearsightedness in the left eye. +/- 0.25 is the smallest amount of correction a person can have. Its measured in 0.25 step diopters.
You do have a moderate amount of astigmatism in both eyes; the left being the worse of the two. Astigmatism causes blurriness at all distances. Its when the cornea is more cylindrical, rather than spherical (that's why they call it cylinder).
You could wear contacts, as long as your eyes are healthy enough otherwise. Of course, if you were to get contacts, you should always, always, ALWAYS have a back-up set of specs - just in case.
And, to the person who said that the contacts will hurt your eyes: Properly fitted contacts don't do that.
Pretty mild, but you do have a pretty strong astigmatism, so glasses will definitely help you!

here is some advice. get gl;asses even if you look dorky because if you get contacts your eyes are going to hurt and they are going to feel weird trust me i tried it before
