Question: My eyes are so weak what to di!?what is the difference between lense no!. in - and +!?
my no,was 1!.75 and o!.5 but now it is -4 and -1!.75 how can i control it !?is lasik safe!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

My dear,
Like a movie through a projector for us to see it clearly it should be focused properly on a blank white sheet, the same way for our eyes to see any object clearly the picture of that object should be clearly focused on the retina (the back part of our eye similar to a white sheet used in theaters) of our eye!. This focusing is done by the lens in the front!.
If the lens is weak and is not able to focus properly on the retina then we are not able to see that object clearly, it happens when the object is very near or very far!.
The weakness in eyes is a problem when the lens of our eyes are not able to focus the picture of that object on the retina, it is either with the near objects or the far objects!.
These are called as myopia and hyper metropia!. To correct this problem we use specks of a particular power so that we get a clear picture of the object in front of us using two lenses (one from specks & other of our eye)!.
The numbers in negative or + are nothing but the direction of that images from our retina!. If our lens are focusing the image before the retina then the number is
