Fixing my eyesight?!

Question: Fixing my eyesight!?
ok well!.!.
i got a laptop and ever since then ive been on the computer A LOT!. i noticed things seemed 2 get blurry when i used the comp!. more and more!. i went 2 the doc!. for an eye test, bcuz ive always had 20/20 vision, and he told me i need glasses!.

the reason my eyes got so weak was bcuz the computer messed them up!. if u stare at the computer ur eyes get used 2 seeing things close and then they dont use the muscles needed 2 c distance things!. now i need glasses 2 c things far away clearly!.

my question is, if i stop using the computer except 4 school for a while, will my eyesight correct itself!?!? will it go back 2 normal!?!? if so, how long would i need 2 stop!?!? im desperate i miss my perfect vision!! also i nvr wear my glasses cuz theyre ugly so most of the time i cant rlly c things far away!. plz help me !. thanxxxx =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
If the only eye problem that you have is from weak muscles, all you need is to do some body-building exercises for the eyes, and you will recover it!.

If you also have some astigmatism or myopia, only corrective lenses will restore normal acuity, although if the correction is less than one diopter, you can probably get along ok without them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately I don't think you can completely get back to a 20/20 vision you can limit how long you are on the computer and always keep your distance!. Another way is you can only use your glasses when needed so your eyes won't get "addicted" to them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

why didnt u ask the eye doctor this, i mean whatever answer u get here wont be guaranteed proffesionalWww@Answer-Health@Com
