TV and Computer may ruin your vision!. That's why you shouldn't be doing these things 24/7!. When you watch TV, dont stand right in front of it or sit right in front!. If your couch is right near the TV, then you should adjust the placement!. Reading doesn't ruin your vision however!. But if you notice, that you're struggling when you're reading, there may be something wrong with your eyes!. So you should go check an eye doctor if your vision is not good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It doesn't ruin your vision as cause eye strain and eye muscle laziness!. If your eyes don't take any breaks from any close up work, sewing, fly fishing lure tying, etc!. it creates the same problems!. People incorrectly believe that sitting close to the TV is harmful because of the radiation!. A TV gives off as much radiation as a 100 watt light bulb!.

The eye strain and strengthening the muscles is the point of the See Clearly method!. I'm sure you've heard the radio or seen the TV ads about this!. It isn't really a scam or hoax!. It helps a little bit if you're diligent about the exercises!. It can help with light sensitivity too!.
