I've been told by optometrists that eyes tend to twitch as they tire!. The more time you spend stressing your eyes, the more likely the twitching will begin!. If you are farsighted, then reading or using a computer will tire your eyes!. Nearsighted, then looking at distances for long periods will stress the eyes!. Try to blink more often and look around the room!. Definitely schedule an eye exam to be sure nothing more serious is going on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
its because of stress and being in front of a screen too much, such as right now im working 12 hour days 5 days a week at my job in front of a computer to get out of debt before getting sued!.
