Best ways to take contacts out?!
Question: Best ways to take contacts out!?
I wear a contact in my left eye, and have been using the pinch-method of getting it out!. This works, and I'm totally fine with going near my eye, except lately I've been pinching too hard I think and poking holes in the contact with my nails!. Is there a better way to take contacts out that won't run such a risk of damaging them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

One way you can do it is instead of pinching it, slide it to the outer corner of your eye (away from the nose) it will crinkle up and come out of the eye!. When you put it in the case though, make sure its not smashed up, and back to its normal shape!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Face your head downwards and get some-one to hit you in the back of your head than the contacts will fly out!. ha ha =)

I would just try to pinch more with my finger pads rather than pinching to the point of nailsWww@Answer-Health@Com
