Question: Survey: Were you ever told you had sensitive eyes!.!.!.!?
Just found out have blocked tear duct on one eye so eye is very sensitive, it waters a lot, has been like this for years, have slight eye infection at moment, is ok but bit sore, got drops for it in chemist!.!.!.!.!.!.did anyone have a similar experience & have surgery for it or did just bathing the eye in hot water on a daily basis help!. Would appreciate any help from personal experience!.

If the duct is narrow your doctor might refer you a specialist to have it widened!.
If completely closed a new channel can be made from the tear sac to the inside of the nose!.
Up to the point of needing the above drops for allergy are used and if allergy really is the cause, not a blockage, there are tablets you can take to help such as Piriton, Benadryl!.
