Unless you are needing a correction to begin with, and already wear glasses, then no!.!.!.there are no computer glasses that will do any good!.
Some places advertise non prescription computer glasses that supposedly block all kinds of dangerous rays and glare and reflections!.!.!.!.it is all a scam!.
If you don't have glasses on, then there is no glare or reflections to begin with!.
And there are no dangerous rays of any kind that come from LED monitors!.!.
All you need to do is keep the monitor at least 28 inches away , and take frequent breaks to allow your eyes to re-focus on distant objects!.
The reason for 28 - 30 inches is to let your eyes work with very little compensation for close vision!.!.!.not because of any rays!.
Frequent breaks are the key to stop eye strain!.

The computer screen will absorb any radiation and no dangerous radiation escapes!.
