Colored contacts????!

so i have medium brown colored eyes!. i know you have to get those thick contacts if your trying to change your eyes from dark to light (like from brown to blue)!. so does anyone know where i can find light blue or green contacts that are $150 or lower i could buy!?!? as i said they are just a medium brown, so they arent to dark!. also ive tried to look for blue contacts and i got a few, but my eyes were to dark for them!. also since halloween is coming up i wanted to get maybe neon yellow, or blood red contacts!. Got any ideas for those too!?!?
