Flush your eye with warm water (or a steamy shower)!.
Try pinching the center part of your eyelid in the fold, as that sometimes dislodges a stuck lens!.

I, too, have only had them in for 3 days!.!. Are you sure its in there because what happened to me was, THOUGHT it was in!.!.!.!.I tried for hours!.!.!.!.!.!.I irritated my eye so bad it was almost shut!.!.!.!.
But if your're it's still in, the answer that was voted the best answer to my question was a guy who told me to put a piece of chewing gum stuck to a cotton swab (Q-tip) and gently touch the eyeball!.

drop ur contact lens solution into ur eye 2 lubri]cate it!.close ur eye then rub it!. open and look up while at the sametime pullin the contact at the bottomWww@Answer-Health@Com
