Question: TWITCH!!!! In my eye!?
Okay!. So there's this twitch in my eye!. My right eye, to be exact!. It's on the top eyelid and is like a short sputter (!?) of movement that lasts about five seconds!. This started this morning, and I just wanted to know how long you think it will last and how I can STOP IT!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Usually it happens to me when I don't get enough sleep, and I am extremely stressed out!.
Try taking a nap, if possible, and get some good sleep tonight as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most think that these muscle twitches can be related to emotional stress or physical eye strain!. For example, staring at the computer all day can cause it to twitch!. This type of eye twitch is not considered serious and is usually transitory!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I get twitchy eyes!. :D It's just a nerve, nothing to worry about, mine till comes and goes but it's completely harmless, I get it when I've smiled or laughed just TOO much in one day =P XWww@Answer-Health@Com
