How common is 20/200 vision?!

Question: How common is 20/200 vision?
I am looking to begin the hiring process within the US Marshals when I graduate college here soon, and on the Medical Qualifications on the website, it says:

Uncorrected vision must test 20/200 or better in each eye. (Any surgery to correct vision may be disqualifying dependent on the outcome of the surgery.)

Now I wear glasses, I can see fine with them on (planning on going to the eye doctor soon to get myself some contacts), but when I take my glasses off, its pretty blurry as I am near sighted. I can see where I am going and such, identify colors, etc. but just everything is a little blurry.

I was wondering how common 20/200 vision is? Joining the Marshals is something I have been wanting to do for many years, and I am hoping something this stupid doesn't stop me.

Thanks!

Actually, 20/200 uncorrected vision is very common.

Most people who require even as little as a - 3.00 Diopter correction will already be around 20/200 , or worse. ( uncorrected )

An awful lot of people wear corrections stronger than that...so it is common.
