your spending too much time on the computer.

eye twitching is one of the most common causes of sleep deprivation
also, since you have been "catching up" on sleep, your body clock is off and it doesn't know if it's tired or not because it's not used to maybe staying up till 1 am and not waking up till like noon. you could be over-sleeping as well

Stress.
I heard and officer talking with someone about it not long ago.
One of them claimed it was allergies but the officer piped up and pointed to the location on the eye lid, asking if it was right there.
Then proceeded to explain stress makes that spot on your eye twitch.

myokymia or benign eyelid twitch, most commonly caused by stress & lack of sleep

Do you wear glasses? It might be eye strain from an improper prescription or glasses that have been bent out of alignment. Anyway, if you haven't had an eye exam in a while, it might be a good time for one.

Look carefully to see if you have an eyelash that is poking your lid or is turned sideways so that it brushes your eyelids when you blink.

This mechanical irritation can trigger twitching.

sounds like something to do with your nerves in your eye. its happen to me. if it goes away in a few days its normal but if not i would seek out some help

Eye spasm?
