What do you mean by " if you clean them regularly "....of course they have to be cleaned regularly, even if they are worn just 1 week they always have to be cleaned right.
They are designed to last at their maximum health benefit for 30 days wear....otherwise, they would call them 2 month lenses.
After the recommended time, the matrix ( the pores) of the lenses start becoming blocked up , no matter how well they are cleaned, and less oxygen is being transmitted to your corneas. It is not a healthy way to wear contacts by depriving your corneas of air. In the long run , it can cause fairly serious problems.
