Getting contacts. Where can I get em cheap w/o insurance?!

I have worn glasses for as long as I can remember. I'm sick of em! I need help. For those that wear glasses you know just what I mean and how I feel. When I wear a pretty dress or a new outfit there's no "glasses" in that part of the outfit. It just doesn't go. I have 2 kids & I have been through bout 2-3 pairs of glasses. I say No More to wearing glasses!! Where can I go to get contacts at an affordable price? I pretty green eyes. I want those drop dead gorgeous blue eyes. Where can I go? Thank you in advance.
