1. Yes, they are okay for a 13 year old. I used cat-eye contacts when I was 13 and 14.
2. You can wear them more than once as long as you keep them in saline while you're not wearing them.
3. If you are talking about contacts that change the color of your eyes, they are in fact, just like regular contacts. You can wear them from the time you wake up until you go to sleep. You should take them out every night so your corneas can get the oxygen they need. (If you don't, blood vessels will grow into your corneas so they can get oxygen, and in the long run that can make it dangerous to wear contacts of any kind. If you are talking about contacts that look like cat-eyes, make your iris's white or have any other logo's on them, they are only safe for you to wear about four hours a day. Those contacts have more color in them, making it harder for your corneas to "breathe" through them.
4. You can wear them every day, but like I said before, only for about four hours (to keep your eyes healthy).
5. The contacts in the link you provided are the type that are only safe to wear about four hours a day. Any contacts that you choose though will need to be talked about with your eye doctor. They always have the best advice and instruction for you to use when wearing these contacts.

the first thing here is that contacts HAVE to be fitted by an optician otherwise you risk your eyesight whatever your age. Its like shoes - if you picked a set of shoes off the shelf without looking at the size because you liked the colour what are the chances they would hurt you? Think of the same thing happening to your eyes. Now in the UK and US its illegal to sell contacts of any sort without a perscription from an optician , so if you can buy these without just how safe are these lenses?

its fine for a 13 year old to wear contacts - I've worn contacts for 40 years since I was 13 , its not fine not to hav the fit checked. One of the risks of contacts is that they don't let as much oxygen to your eye which can damage your eyesight permanently. Special effects contacts can be a lot worse for this and the the fit also makes a difference - at 13 is this a sensible risk?

With contacts how many times you can wear them depends on teh type of contact. Various materials can be worn for a differnet amount of time. If you wear longer than that the lens gives your eyes even less oxygen and again the risk is permanent damage. Normal contacts can be worn everyday but how long for depends on the material . Your eyes need a break because of the oxygen issue. Special effects lenses tend to transmit less oxygen so can't be worn for as long.

Please think abuot this carefully - contacts aren't like a piece of clothing, they are a medical device which touches your eyes.

1. I am 13 and have been wearing them since I was 11 so that's fine.
2.yes you can I wear them everyday
3 no I don't think they're bad at all.
4 I almost never take them out but they say ur supposed to take them out whenever you go to sleep so yes u can wear them till they expire.

Extra comments: I personally look like Harry potter with glasses and I'm a girl I love my contacts they're comfortable and light I can't even feel them in. The only thing I don't like is the fact when u just put them in they sting ur eye a little but it goes away and the fact they can fall out.
