Olga, it's probably just a migraine, it *could* be a cluster-type headache ... but what if it's something more? Something serious?

You should see a doctor, sweetie. I understand the health insurance issue all too well. Be assured, they won't turn you away at the ER, and when your bill arrives in a few weeks, simply phone the business department and discuss payment arrangements. That's what I do.

I'm going to star this in case someone knows more about this than I do.
My father was an optometrist but he would have sent you to a doctor if he heard this.

Somehow I don't think that this is stroke, not without other symptoms.
