Vision in left eye blurred even though i wear glasses?!

I've had glasses on since first grade...and all of a sudden, in the past week, the vision in my left eye has become blurry even though im wearing my glasses..

my eyes were pretty dry this week...and they were red all week too...i do wear contacts and its the same with those as well, right eye is fine but left is blurry

i hope im not going blind :(
