Question: When reading my eyes have to strain, this gives me headaches and makes my eyes really tired. is this normal?
i dont like to read becouse every time i do it makes my eyes hurt and i get headaches. i just started my english class and im going to have to read lots of books, i want to be able to keep up with the books without haveing my eyes hurt. what can i do and is this normal???

You may need glasses to help relax your eyes when doing a lot of near work. You may also have a muscle weakness in your eyes that causes close focusing to be tiring. An eye exam can detect either of these conditions. Headaches and strain are not normal, and both are symptoms of a problem with your eyes.

get a eye exam. better safe then sorry.

i have worn glasses since i was 6.

sounds as though either the light is very bad or you need glasses .get your eyse tested.

go for a eye exam
