Pigments change colour with age or season.
Mine go from Grey to Blue in depending on the Summer or Winter...
And most babies are born blue eyed and turn brown later on.
Also, I have a brown circle developing around my pupil, just as my dad does (his is larger than mine), which I'm guessing will get thicker as time goes on.
It is an optical illusion caused by lighting, what you're wearing, and how dilated your pupils are. Your eyes do not turn different (sic) colors.
