ok so i need new glasses so i went to coop optical and they needed my glasses for me to change the prescription so im without my glasses for 7 days will that damage my vision? i dont have that good of vision so im straining to see things

No, it won't damage your vision . But you will find the week awful long I think.
Next time, you should find a place that offers much better service. Having to send your frame away for 7 days is ridiculous.
Many modern places have in store capabilities to cut the lenses , so you are only a half hour without your frame.
You sound like a great candidate for a second pair of glasses though , so you don't stay stuck like that when something happens to your glasses.
