Can I wear glasses if I have dreamlenses?!
Question: Can I wear glasses if I have dreamlenses?
Sometimes I forget to put in my dreamlenses and was wondering if I could wear glasses on such an occasion or if my vision would vary too greatly from day to day for me to wear them.

in theory: yes. the problem is that when you forget to wear an ortho-k lens your Rx is variable. it doesnt just snap back immediately to your "old" Rx...its somewhere inbetween. so usually the old pair of glasses is too strong. sometimes WAY too strong.
it rarely works well, but it wont harm you to try
