Nah, 20/40 you can still legally pass a drivers test in order to drive. If you get headaches, do not wear them unless you REALLY need them for something, which is doubtful since 20/40 is close to 20/20.
Since you get headaches and tired eyes, I think that those glasses are not good for your eyes.
You have good enough vision, I don't know why you'd need glasses.
