Dear Sabrina,
You should definitely contact your eye care professional. Contact lenses are prescribed medical devices. You will need a valid eye exam to determine the best lenses for your vision correction. Unfortunately, some companies limit the products that they manufacture based on supply and demand.
The numbers that you are asking about usually pertain to the base curve and the diameter of the lens. These are additional factors to determine which contacts are best for you.

If you are in the US , you won't be able to order them without a prescription from your Dr. to begin with. ( for that brand )
The Freshlook Torics are about the worst toric lenses ever made so the chances you will see well with them aren't very good, and changing the axis by 20 degrees doesn't help at all.
Yes...you should call your Dr.....he will probably tell you to forget it.
8.5 and 14.5 are the base curve and diameter of the brand of lenses that were prescribed for you...which are the only ones you can order with your prescription.

yes some of the toric lenses do not offer the range of axis required, I would suggest that you contact your doctor and ask for recommendation as he will be the best person to suggest you on it. 8.5 and 14.5 is the diameter and base curve of the lenses,
