Partially green colored stool?!

Question: Partially green colored stool?
Ok, so i just got done using the bathroom, and i usually don't look at my dookey that much, but this 1 took me a while to pass, and it hurt a little, so I just looked on impulse. When I looked, I noticed that 1 half of my stool was a dark green color, while the other half, had a sort of dark brown color to it.

I've had large hard stools for as long as I can remember, but I've never had 1 that big. It hurt like to pass it.

Idk if this has anything to do with why it was half green though. I've never seen a stool that was only half green.

So, anyways my question is basically if this is something I should worry about, or is it just something I ate or some other thing?

Normal. It's stomach bile. The food has passed through your intestines quickly. This happens when green leafy food was eaten too. Look up Bowl transit time.

I get those too sometimes. Looks like a chocolate-vanilla swirl cone, lol! It's totally normal.

As for the hard, dry stools, try drinking more water with your meals, not just before or after. If you keep having those, I see a bout of hemorrhoids in your near future ;)
