Can astigmatism cause uneven eyelids?!
Question: Can astigmatism cause uneven eyelids?
My astigmatism prescription is -.25 so is it possible that this can affect my eye shape, and give me the look of a lazy eye?

If it's the eyelids that are not even, then no. Astigmatism is a refractive error caused by a misshapen cornea. It should not effect your eyelids. It would be possible for your astigmatism to cause one eye to strain more if you aren't wearing corrective eyewear, but a quarter of a diopter of cylinder for your astigmatism is almost completely unnoticeable to most people so this is extremely highly doubtful.
A better possibility is a condition called Ptosis, or a drooping eyelid. See an eye doctor for a slit lamp examination to find out what's up.
Technician/Optician
-0.25 is very, very little astigmatism. The crease is not caused by astigmatism. If you suspect that you have a lazy eye, a ophthalmologist can easily check you out. An ophthalmologist is a medical doctor who specializes in eyes. An optician is trained to make glasses, not to diagnose any diseases. An optometrist has some training in eye diseases, but not nearly as much as an ophthalmologist. Please see an ophthalmologist for a proper exam.
