Could a small sensitive area of the scalp and eye pressure (same side) be relate!

About 1 month ago, I started feeling pressure in and around my eye and, at the same time, a small specific area of sensitivity over my eye--near where my hairline starts. If I gently go over the area with my finger, it feels bruised even though it isn't.

Any guesses as to what this might be? The ENT said it's unlikely to be sinus related because the area of sensitivity is so far above my eye.
