Question: Is it easy to get an eye test without your parents finding out.?
I am 16 so can have one without my parents being around. I have never been to the optician so just wanted to check everything is in order. However I don't want my parents to find out. Is there any way that they could find out ?

As long as you find some way of paying for it yourself or by 'borrowing' your parents credit card. The bill can be +100 dollars.
Why do you want to keep it a secret? Your parents should have taken you to an eye dr. every year. An optician is a poor choice. They know nothing about eyes. All they know is how to make eye glasses. See an optometrist or an ophthalmologist.
Your parents will not be notified about the exam.
