Please help this is so urgent? (health question)?!

Question: Please help this is so urgent? (health question)?
My boyfriend is 15 years old.
He has a pea sized lump on his testicle.
He has peed blood.
He has sharp pains in his stomach and lower areas.
It is consistent.
He is now having pain all through his stomach, and chest.
He is getting checked very soon.
But I just want a few ideas to what this could be, I'm very worried.
He is now even having trouble breathing.
Thanks for any answers.

Sounds like he needs to go to the ER

I'm a testicular cancer survivor and suggest he does the self-exam for testicular cancer, or “man exam.” Symptoms vary greatly from man to man, but testicle bumps and abdominal pain are common symptoms. And TC is the #1 cancer for men 15-35. The sooner a doctor can catch it the better the prognosis, and most likely the less treatment will be required. It could also be a blocked vein, infection, or benign cyst, but all of those things also need a doctor's attention. Don't worry till you have to - only a doctor can make an accurate diagnosis! This site has links to credible testicular cancer resources, and shows the self-exam with a list of symptoms. Good luck and hopefully it's nothing serious.

If he is urinating blood then there are a few things it could be. He could have a Urinary tract infection or kidney stones. He should not be having these issues and needs to see a doctor to keep it from getting worse.

Cancer
benign tumor?

You had better persuade him to go to a Doctor this does not sound good.Don't go by what we say we aren't medical people.
