Marijuana is used to treat glaucoma in several states. Marijuana lowers the intraocular eye pressure by as much as 27%

I don't think there's any doubt that marijuana lowers the eye pressure, that's been demonstrated fairly well.
The problem in keratoconus, though, is the actual degeneration of the collagen fiber linkages in the cornea itself. If your pressure is high, that would probably exacerbate the keratoconus, but if your pressures are in the normal range, lowering them further isn't likely to make much difference. If lowering the intraocular pressure (IOP) had been demonstrated to have a statistically-significant beneficial effect, I imagine the standard of care would be that all patients with keratoconus would be prescribed IOP-lowering medications, the same as those used for glaucoma. We don't see this, so either it hasn't been measured, it doesn't work, or the side-effects outweight the benefits.
I don't imagine smoking marijuana is going to hurt your corneas any, but I don't think it'll help either, and you'd certainly have a difficult time trying to qualify for medical marijuana coverage. (Unless you happen to also have glaucoma, which is a different disease entirely.)

I'm an optometrist.
