Yes. Three reasons. One, it's a bit unsanitary. Two, even a slight difference in prescription can be really painful and give you a bad headache. Three, it's not just about the prescription strength. The size and shape of the contacts also matters. It would be safe to try them on, but you would probably have a lot of discomfort if you tried to wear them all day.

Ok, first off, gross! Seriously, would you share a toothbrush? Toilet paper? Ew.
Second, contacts have very specific measurements so that they fit your cornea properly. Even though your prescriptions are similar, your cornea measurements are likely quite different. Best case scenario, they won't go onto your eye or will fall out. Worst, they will scratch your eye.
Don't do it.
Even though it doesn't seem like your boyfriend and your eye sight is to much off your eye will recognize the diffrence and it may cause problems but just don't wear them on a daily bases trying them on for a min. Shouldn't hurt but don't keep them in for long hope I helped!
No, because the doctor prescribes the contacts do to your eye size. If yours is smaller then his, then his pupils are larger. Also, this could effect you eye health and make your vision worse.
Forget it....Unless, you want to spend time
in the local hospital in the local eye ward.
