Is there anyone who would know whats wrong with my eye?!

alright so i have contacts and i wear them often but every once in a while they irritate my eye i usually wake up and they are puffy and they like roll back n to my head or i go cross eyed (or at least it feels like it does) it also feels like its scratched or has an eyelash in it but i checked my contacts and they wern't riped or anything and when i wake up with my eyes irritated i take my contact out but the irritation continues.
