Question: Can contacts affect/worsen your natural vision?
Before I got contacts, my aunt and uncle were telling ne how my cousin had them and that her vision got messed up like 40% with the contacts(when she would take them off). I have had contacts now for 5 days and I can tell if I'm just paranoid or if the contacts really messing my vision when I take them off.

Yep, you are just being paranoid..
Contacts don't worsen your vision...why would millions be wearing them if they did ?
You are just having the same effect as happens with glasses. After seeing clear with them on , it takes awhile for your brain to adapt to trying to clear up the blurry image again once you take them off.

As a commercial pilot i value my eye sight as one gets older one may need to get some kind of eye correction .
