Blurry eyesight help?!

Question: Blurry eyesight help?
I got my first prescripted glasses last year for short sight. Back then my eye sight wasn't that bad.. but recently it's gotten so much worst! Thing is it's fine when the day is sunny and I'm outside. I can see fine but if it's dark, towards the afternoon (when I'm tired etc) or I'm in a room my eyesight is horrible. I can't even see people's faces clearly who are five metres away from me. it's all blurry. I'm starting to get scared. Is there any way I can make my eyesight improve? and how can I stop it going worst. plus I'm sick of being out at night and not being able to see people's face that are five or so meters from me (I can see them but the details of there face is blurry) so would it be bad if i wore them out at night? or would it worsten my eye sight even more?

Glasses and contact lenses do not permanently fix your eyes - has your eyesight improved since using them? They can even weaken your eyes as your eyesight is not being used to it's full extent (the lenses aid your eyes).

The best method for vision improvement is to get LASIK eye surgery, but this can be a lot of money! If you can afford it i would recommend for you to get this done.

Eye exercises (the bates method) are an alternative method and meant to improve eyesight considerably by strengthening the eye muscles and relieving stress on the eye (cause of bad vision).

These 5 simple steps and incorporate them to your life to treat your blurry eyesight so that clearer and sharper vision will be yours.

1. Take breaks often while your eyes are doing focus-intensive activities like working in front of computer, reading or knitting. Eye experts suggest that taking breaks at least every 15 minutes from close distance works are very beneficial to beat blurry eyesight.
2. Choose proper lighting while you work and avoid as much as possible using florescent bulbs that are dim or flicker.
3. Blinking can spread moisture over the eyes, wash and at the same time nourish them. The normal wink rate for humans is about 5-7 times per minute, or about once every 10 seconds. By blinking, we can break up the stare and may focus more accurately.
4. Choose good nutrients for your eyes. Dark leafy greens such as spinach and broccoli, eggs, nuts, carrots, bilberries, blackberries, pumpkin seeds are good nutrients for the eyes. Like the rest of the body, the eye is nourished by substances that are in the blood. Relax, enjoy healthy food and your eyes will get the benefits they need.
5. Relaxing eye-exercises to fight blurry eyesight.

Good luck! Truly these tips would really help you to treat your blurry eyesight.
