Question: Will my eyes be ok??- read the detail below.?

During the summer holidays- i spent a little more time than usual on the computer. From the 60 days that i had off- 5 of those days i was on the computer for 3 hours non stop- time really flies when you are having fun!! I took a break once i realised it had been 3 hours- then i took regular breaks after every hour. Because i was on for 3 hours non stop for that period of time= will this affect my eyesight?? I have not done this since then btw

You should be fine. People spend 24 hours state on the computer with no effects so you should be just fine

Using the computer does NOT cause you to need glasses (if that is what you are worried about). Some people develop nearsightedness as they grow to an adult, it seems to be primarily genetic. Usually it is nothing to panic about (you won't go blind or anything). People have developed nearsightedness as far back as recorded history exists (nothing to do with computers, TV's, video games, etc).

if you feel pain in your eyes then you should go to doctors immediately..if its not then ok.
