Yes, at least in the United States, you are allowed to take your driver's exam with glasses.

I don't know what country you are in but, in the US, if your vision is 20/40 or better, you don't have to wear glasses to drive. If your vision is worse than that, as long as you are correctable to 20/40, or better, you can get a license (but you have to wear your glasses/contacts when driving). I suspect the rules are pretty similar elsewhere.

Yes you can but your license will say that you need glasses and if your caught driving without them you could get a ticket.
