Question: My right eye won't stop twitching ! : (?
So I was up late writing a paper till 2 in the Morning, and It started twitching around 12. Then I was like ah well maybe its cause I'm tired. But I woke up this morning, had a 7 1/2 hours of sleep, and its STILL twitching. It's bothering the hell outta me. Can someone tell me why it won't stop? :(

Eat a banana. Twitching eyes are most often a result of a potassium defeciency. This is often caused by a lack of sleep. Unfortunately, extra sleep will not help. Fortunately, a banana WILL help.
i asked my anatomy teacher about this when i had it not so long ago, and she told me that it was due to lack of sleep and stress
