WHY DO I ALWAYS STARE?!

i dont mean too. my eyes like always move around. like when i see something move i look to see what it is, and if its a guy my bf will get all mad and say im staring when i dont mean too. i mean c'mon how can i explain to him that eyes have like a mind of their own can move like a thousand miles pre hour i cant help it!!! he always acuses me of staring but i really dont mean too!! is it me or my eyes??
