My right eye is starting to go out of alignment?!

I need help and I notice my right eye is straying more to the right. I need help with this matter as i have neglected my eyes for years from smoking and not keeping them treated with my very much needed contacts and glasses. Is there anything I can do to treat this until I can afford to get them treated again. Also if I do them treated is there anyway they my eye go back in place? Any help on this matter would be great.
