my friend and her dad are having an argument. my friend says that carrots are good for your eyesight, but her dad says carrots are ruining his eyesight. who is correct?

It may be an urban legend that carrots help eyesight, but one thing's sure, it doesn't ruin eyesight.
Just know that carrots are full of starchy carbohydrates, and aside from being a good source of vitamins, they aren't very healthful for you, and may make you gain weight.
