I have tiny eye bags above and below my eyes, how can I get rid of 'em.?!

Question: I have tiny eye bags above and below my eyes, how can I get rid of 'em.?

Have tried everything from teabags to potatoes to acupuncture, Please help.

Sleep more.. drink more.. eat more healthy. Or.. you can always cut them off.

Before you go to bed put some kind of damp cloth into your freezer. First thing when you wake up, use it on your eyes. This video explains all (and this actually works)
