Question: The bottom lid of my left eye constantly flutters.?
it began about two weeks ago and i don't know whether i should worry about it or not? whether it may be a sign of some illness or not...

Not a sign of anything serious at all. Just a nerve tic.
It's just a tiny nerve spazzing, telling the tiny eyelid muscle to contract over and over. It usually stops on it's own as the body always seeks to repair itself. I've had them before, sometimes for weeks, then it just sort of fades away and stops.
If it bothers you a great deal, you could see your doctor, who may refer you to a neurologist, which can be very expensive. Or just wait it out, it's annoying, but not serious at all. Most people experience tics at one time or another.
