BUMPS and go to a doctor
Well we all get bumps and things on our bodies . The things you have look like sebaceous skin imperfections that are fatty tissue ,you could probably get them removed but they will probably go over time . You could try a hot compress on one not too near the eye and see if it oozes like a blackhead .
Looks like some general virus-caused warts to me. Nothing to stress about.
