I am dying to know what is causing my ghosting of vision at night?!
Question: I am dying to know what is causing my ghosting of vision at night?
Answers:
I THINK (not know) I know what your talking about but first I'm going to go through a mental diagnosis;
1. you see a glaze blur around parts of your eye? It glares?
2. Do you ever see bright lights flickering when you stand up, "dancing firefly lights"?
3. Do you get adequate amounts of sleep? Have you any past health problems?
I'm going to go out on a limb that you may be suffering from optical fatigue, this could be caused by a number of things, most notably, lack of sleep, inadequate diet, exercise, or all of the above. If I were you I would start exercising more, NO I'm not talking about benching weights I'm talking about physically moving your body, i.e. treadmill or running/jogging. Start with 1 mile a day for a week jog/running. Work your way up to a 2 mile jog (just jogging not running). If you have never run before or haven't in a long time you may get side stitches or an intense side pain. This can be relieved or entirely avoided if you control your breathing and by taking slow deep breaths. Are you vegan, vegetarian? If so it is possible you may not be supplementing your diet adequately, if this is the case, I advise drinking lots of water and eating a lot more fruit like apples and bananas (especially bananas- the potassium in them helps ease tightened muscles, furthermore I advice eating less sugar foods, (especially corn syrup foods like candy, substitute honey or organic cane sugar.)
If none of my advice helps I advise (disregard ridiculous self contradiction), seeing a Natropath. Why? Because now a day, all doctors know how to do is treat visible injuries.
Hope you gain some more insight.
PM me if you really want to know...
