I sneezed and my eye bleeded?!?!

You broke a blood vessel. It'll look unpleasant, but not much you can do except let it go away.

When you sneeze, you automatically close your eyes because there is great pressure built up behind the eyes, you have probably burst one of the tiny blood vessels going to the eye as a result of the pressure caused from the sneezing. If your eye isn't sore, don't worry about it, it will heal within a few days. If it is sore, use to eye drops which will heal the eye or else consult with your GP. Don't rub it anyway, should be fine within a few days though :)

She started freaking out and crying, and it made it worse.

If you remain calm it should clear up it a couple of minutes.

The force of th sneeze may have burst a blood vessel, probably nothing major.

If it hurts orif the problem persists call your doctor.

sounds like you've burst a blood vessel by over straining your eye :S
must a been one hell of a sneeze !
and i think you mean bled not bleeded :P
